Originally from NYC, Millie graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida before owning and running her own event coordination company specializing in weddings. After a decade of all things romantic, she moved north with her husband David and now lives in Halfmoon, NY with their canine and feline owners Chewie, Nimmy, and Hank the Tank a.k.a. Sir Fatness.
Moving on from fulfilling brides dreams, Millie has committed to her own, and is currently studying for her license as a Veterinary Technician and writing full-time. Millie is also working on creating a non-profit engineered to help misplaced families stay united with their fur-members. Having taught memoir style writing to seniors and incarcerated women as a means of healing from trauma, she intends to incorporate this into her non-profit.
Millie frequently babysits her furry friends and often assists bottle-fed kittens or "hissy-spitty/feral" kittens which she fosters for local rescue organizations. In her downtime, Millie can be found engrossed in a book, creating fairie worlds, cooking, crocheting, painting or spending as much time as possible with her grandmother Irma.
As the newest member of the team she is eager to learn as much as possible about holistic care so she can be of as much service as possible to all of our precious clients.
